Steven Pratt – Principal, Deloitte Consulting, Life Sciences Practice

Steve Pratt is a principal in Deloitte’s Life Sciences practice.  His 20-year consulting career has been focused on information management and analytics across the healthcare continuum with special focus on pharmaceutical and diagnostics companies while also serving provider, payer, and pharmacy benefits management clients.

Steve has delivered projects throughout the Americas and Europe for large pharmaceutical companies as well as small biotech and care management start-ups.  He has served clients from early in the R&D life cycle through approval, manufacturing, commercial operations, and mergers and acquisitions.

Steve has led industry teams as well as technology implementation organizations of up to 800 consultants.  His experiences have ranged from strategic business assessments to custom technical implementations and from novel statistical models to productized analytic solutions.  His passion is finding opportunities for his clients to monetize their data assets for internal and external benefits.

Steve currently serves on the board of Indiana Health Industry Forum and advises entrepreneurial organizations focused on Digital Health.  He obtained his degree from Northwestern University and is a retired Lieutenant in the US Naval Reserves.
