Courtney Roberts, Dir. of Social Impact and Global Health, Eli Lilly and Co.

Courtney Roberts is the Director of Social Impact and Global Health at Eli Lilly and Company. In this role, she leads the company’s global health portfolio to help achieve Lilly 30×30: a bold, company-wide goal to increase access to quality healthcare in communities with limited resources for 30 million people by 2030.

She is leading public-private philanthropic partnerships in China, India, Kenya, Mexico, South Africa and in the City of Indianapolis to find innovative, sustainable and scalable solutions to pressing global health concerns.

In this role, Courtney also leads Lilly’s response to natural disasters and humanitarian crisis by deploying product donations to meet needs in the impacted areas. In this capacity, she leads the company’s two largest product donations programs, Life for a Child and AMPATH. Courtney graduated from Butler University and received her J.D. from the Indiana University School McKinney School of Law.
