Justin Renfrow, Director, Purdue Incubator

Justin Renfrow has nearly 20 years’ experience in technology development and commercialization. As a patented inventor he is well versed in early concept development. Justin is the Director of the Purdue Incubator within Purdue Innovates and leads a team tasked with advancing technology readiness levels, startup creation and de-risking, and engagement with student startups. Prior to his role with Purdue Innovates, Justin held various positions within the Cook organization. Justin spent his career with Cook Medical focused on working with physicians and inventors to innovate from the lab to the marketplace and continues that mission working with Purdue affiliated startups and Purdue technologies licensed to strategic industry partners.
