How to Tell if Your App or Software is a Medical Device
Many healthcare problems can be solved with better data, metrics, and/or communication but not all apps and software are created equally in the eyes of the FDA. Understanding whether your software meets the definitions for a medical device and planning your design accordingly, can make for a much smoother path to market. Please join us as our panel discusses the SaMD regulatory requirements, outlines the development pathway, and shares their experience getting an IT product into the hands and onto the devices of healthcare users.
