Genesis Plastics Welding is an ISO 13485:2016 certified contract manufacturer providing radio frequency (RF) welding and heat sealing applications of plastic products for medical and other industries.

Headquartered near Indianapolis, the company serves clients worldwide and is the result of a 2008 merger of two long-standing organizations deep-rooted in the plastics industry: Genesis Manufacturing, Inc. and Plastics Welding Technology. In 2018, the company announced a new division (MedTech Launch by Genesis Plastics Welding) strategically aligned to assist medical device clients in navigating the product launch process.

Genesis employs a proprietary heat sealing technology, ecoGenesis™, which allows RF plastics welding of very thin gauge (down to 0.001 inch) polyethylene, polypropylene and other low-loss polymers and can facilitate polyvinylchloride (PVC) and polyurethane (PU) replacement.
