For Indiana to succeed at growing our life sciences cluster and attract innovative, new companies, we need to invest in the types of facilities – research labs and specialized manufacturing space – that small businesses need to grow. These facilities are expensive to construct and operate but, along with talent and capital, are essential to the health and future of our cluster.
